Slice Zucchini in half
Brush with Olive Oil
Sprinkle with minced garlic or garlic powder
Sprinkle with minced onion
Top with sliced tomatoes...
Sprinkle with Salt and Pepper
I like the Italian shredded cheese ...so I Top with that
Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning
Bake at 375 for 20 to 30 min
I didn't give measurements because everything is to your own tastes
